Heather began her journey with us as a Medical Assistant in 2007 and advanced to the role of Clinical Supervisor just two years later in 2009. In 2017, she assumed the responsibilities of Office Manager at our Fernandina Beach location, where she ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. Heather is in charge of managing schedules, overseeing daily operations, providing support to the staff, and addressing patient concerns. Her expertise as a HIPAA specialist and a Certified Dermatology Technician showcases her extensive knowledge and skills in her position.

Heather, originally from Georgia, now calls Fernandina Beach her home, where she lives with her husband and two energetic sons. During her free time, she values spending quality moments with her family, enjoys exploring new destinations, attending UGA football games and cheers on her sons during their athletic events.
