Julie Thomas is a Certified Physician Assistant who has specialized in dermatology since 2010. Originally from Atlanta, GA, she graduated from Purdue University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physician Assistant studies. She received her Masters of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University graduating with honors in 2010.

Julie scored 100% on the Dermatology section of the National Certification Exam for Physician Assistants. She is now a member of the National Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship Program. Julie attends yearly conferences that specialize in the continuing education for dermatology physician assistants.

Julie is proficient at cutaneous skin cancer evaluations including diagnosing and treating basal cell carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas, and melanomas. Julie utilizes the practice of dermatoscopy in all of her full skin evaluations. She also diagnoses and treats a wide variety of skin conditions including warts, acne, eczema, and psoriasis. She is skilled and knowledgeable about cosmetic procedures and can assist you in selecting a customized approach to reach your cosmetic goals.
